Jackson and Brittney’s wedding wasn’t just a day—it was a week-long celebration of love, connection, and joy in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Bride and groom stand under a lantern in a courtyard. Bride in a lace dress, holding white flowers. Groom in a black suit. Warm, serene ambiance.

We stayed at Playa Fiesta, a private retreat with just their wedding guests—no outside tourists, no distractions, just friends and family soaking up the sun, the sand, and each other’s company.

A Welcome That Set the Tone

The week kicked off with a welcome party in Puerto Vallarta—strawberry margaritas, long-overdue hugs, easy conversations, and plenty of whale sightings to go around. These are the moments that make a destination wedding feel alive long before the vows. Just when we thought the night couldn’t get any more memorable, local fire performers showed up and literally brought the heat—setting the tone for an unforgettable week at Playa Fiesta.

Everyday Moments That Matter

Over the week, we swam in the ocean, wandered through town, and soaked in the amazing culture Puerto Vallarta has to offer. I captured the small, real moments—the laughter, the hugs, the casual conversations—that make a wedding week feel alive. Against turquoise waters and golden sunsets, it all felt effortless, natural, and completely Jackson and Brittney. It was so easy to celebrate them.

Rehearsal: Quiet Moments Before the Big Day

The rehearsal dinner was an all-white party filled with laughter, stories, and heartfelt toasts. Guests swapped memories, raised glasses, and even enjoyed an impromptu salsa class, all leading up to a cigar bar to cap off the night. These unscripted moments don’t always make the timeline, but they end up defining the story of the week.

Wedding Day: Intimate, Joyful, Perfect

The wedding day itself was intimate, joyful, and entirely Jackson & Brittney. Every laugh, tear, and quiet glance was documented as it happened. The turquoise ocean and golden sunset skies provided the perfect backdrop, but the magic came from the people—their love, connections, and the genuine joy that filled the day.

Why Destination Weddings Are Different

Destination weddings aren’t just about beautiful locations—they’re about capturing how it feels to be fully present. Jackson and Brittney’s week at Playa Fiesta blended intimacy, adventure, and real connection. From welcome parties and whale watching to the rehearsal and wedding day, every moment was authentic, unscripted, and unforgettable.
